Meet Mimi
My baking journey is a delightful whirlwind, guided by the seasons and my passions. From nostalgic pies, reminiscent of precious moments in Grammy's kitchen, to making Christmas candy with my mom & sisters, baking cupcakes with my daughter and my newest obsession… sugar cookies with my granddaughter – each creation is a baked with love and extra sprinkles.

Mimi's Cookie Co knocked it out of the park for my daughter's 4th birthday! The pink race car themed design was absolute perfection, and the vanilla almond flavor was incredible. They looked amazing on the dessert table and tasted even better. We'll definitely be ordering again!

As the owner of Bass Boards Charcuterie Co., I’m incredibly picky about the products and businesses I choose to partner with. When I include something in one of our boxes, it’s because I truly believe it’s the best—and that’s exactly why we partnered with Mimi’s Cookie Co. Their cookies are absolutely incredible. Every flavor we’ve tried has been soft, fresh, and packed with amazing flavor. Whether you love classic favorites or fun, creative combinations, they have something for everyone. You can tell they put so much care and quality into every single cookie they make. When we were planning our Back-to-School Boxes, there wasn’t even a question about who we wanted to work with. We trust the quality of Mimi’s Cookie Co. completely, and we knew our customers deserved the very best. If you’re looking for cookies that are consistently delicious, beautifully made, and crafted with high-quality ingredients, Mimi’s Cookie Co. is hands down the best cookie company in our area. We’re so thankful to partner with a local business that shares our passion for quality and creating products people genuinely love. Do yourself a favor and grab a box—you’ll understand why we’re such big fans after the very first bite! 🍪❤️

Mimi's Cookie Co makes the most delicious sugar cookies! We ordered 2 dozen for my daughter's bridal shower and they turned out beautifully! The design inspiration we shared ranged from simple to pretty intricate and we were so happy with how they all looked.

We love getting Mimi's cookies and rating them as often as we can get to the Effingham Farmers Market. They are always fantastic and she gets the flavors spot on! Creme Brûlée, Blueberry, and Cotton Candy are always favorites in our household. This week we grabbed Caramel Macchiato and Brownie and both were almost as high up as those faves!

Mimi made these cookies for our school production of "Six". She crafted six unique flavors that went along with the personality of each queen. They were delicious in flavor and decorated perfectly. I can't recommend her enough!

We bought 6 different flavors of Mimi's cookies and Oh My! They were all so flavorful. Often beautifully decorated cookies have zero flavor but not Mimi's Cookies! Highly Recommend!

I cannot recommend Mimi's enough! I have ordered cookies from her for 2 years, running Jasper County First and she has showed her support through the most delicious cookies!

I ordered cookies for a bridal shower I helped plan in the spring, and Mimi's Cookie Co was awesome to work with. She has so many flavors to pick from so we could pick flavors that would make everyone happy. She was also great to talk to when we discussed the style of cookies so that they would match the springy, floral vibe of the shower. The cookies themselves were delicious and beautiful, which made them a favorite of our guests. Her cookies were perfect for our dessert table because they were so cool to look at while still being tasty. If you are planning an event where you want to have a cool and fun dessert, I would absolutely recommend ordering from her!

Mimi's Cookie Co. did a fantastic job of helping our family celebrate our son's high school graduation as well as his departure for Navy bootcamp! She has an amazing variety of cookie flavors that are incredibly delicious and is able to create any design you could imagine! I will definitely use her services again!
